Your organization tasks can come from multiple different types of activities. They can come from individuals themselves, supervisors, projects, meetings, and many more areas. These are all built into PDCA Complete.

Besides yourself, during the task creation, you can assign a task to others and assign an approver. For other task team members, you can add them as Stakeholders. All tasks then funnel into a My Task panel for each team member. From here you can isolate tasks you need to do or review your staff's task too. As task actions occur, PDCA Complete sends auto-email notifications to all the task's team members. 

PDCA Complete includes organizational hierarchy.  Similar to an Org Chart, not everybody can assign everybody else a task. But everyone can be a team member for the task. Managers and Supervisors can review all of their staff tasks to make sure the business stays focus on the critical work.
